 Spa Guidelines:
Crystal Cove Spa is committed to providing tranquility towards your experience. The following policies, guidelines and suggestions are intended to enhance everyone's experience with us.


Sexual Harassment Policy:


We are a ZERO TOLERANCE Spa. Clients and our staff should all feel safe at all times. If a client or staff member breaks the zero tolerance rule, they will be banned from the spa for life. (inappropriate behavior, talk, or touch are not allowed.)


Unwelcome actions such as the following are inappropriate and, depending on the circumstances, may in and of themselves meet the definition of sexual harassment or contribute to a hostile environment:

  • Sexual pranks, or repeated sexual teasing, jokes, or innuendo, in person or via e-mail;
  • Verbal abuse of a sexual nature;
  • Touching or grabbing of a sexual nature;
  • Repeatedly standing too close to or brushing up against a person;
  • Repeatedly asking a person to socialize during off-duty hours when the person has said no or has indicated he or she is not interested
  • Giving gifts or leaving objects that are sexually suggestive;
  • Repeatedly making sexually suggestive gestures;
  • Unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that affects the work environment. A victim of sexual harassment can be a man or a woman. The victim can be of the same sex as the harasser.


Other policies:


  • We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy.  
  • All regular appointments have a 30% non-refundable deposit to book their appointments. 
  •  Clients who "no show" or cancel within 24 hours of their regular appointments will not receive a refund of their deposit. (This policy does not pertain to our packages.)                      
  • All packages may need to be reserved with a non-refundable 50% deposit. (That deposit will go towards your service.)
  • If your deposit is not paid within 48 hours of the allotted time of your spa package appointments, the appointments will be cancelled.  
  • Guests who cancel within 48 hours or no show for spa packages will not get a refund on their 50% deposit. 
  • Guests that no call/no show, we do have the right to cancel the appointment if we do not hear from you after 15 minutes of the appointment time.
  •  Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Donated gift certificates are limited to date given as expiration. Gift certificates that are past expiration are only accepted for a limited time and may be subject to additional fees as prices have changed.      
  • Smoking and Vaping is not permitted inside Crystal Cove Spa. Those caught will need to pay a $100 cleaning fee and will be escorted off of the premises.
  • The Spa has a strict "No Refund" policy on all services as well as a "No Return" policy on all of spa products. 
  • Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. 
  • All services are by appointment only based on availability.  
  • The Spa is a place for relaxation. We ask that young children not be brought to "hang out" during your treatments. 
  • When you book an appointment, you agree to our policies.
